MRS. MARY JEAN P. BORRA, President

Mrs. Borra has served the company for 25 years. Under her leadership, JS Contractor has diversified its services with subsidiaries in shipping, design, entertainment, and flowers. She plans, leads, organizes and coordinates the different departments and subsidiaries of JS Contractor to ensure its smooth operations. She facilitated the purchasing of the JS building and pushed for the full computerization of JS operations.

Mrs. Borra is a graduate from the premiere state university, the University of the Philippines with a degree in Mass Communications.

MR. JACKSON GAN, Marketing Manager

Mr. Gan is the marketing arm of JS Contractor. Undoubtedly Chinese by heart, mind and body, he paved the path for JS to be the first manpower agency to deploy skilled Filipino workers to Taiwan. This began the quantum leap deployment of JS Contractor from a modest 500 in 1991 to 1,000 in 1992,. Mr. Gan is a graduate from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Philosophy.

MRS. JENERIE P. GAN, General Manager

Having been with JS Contractor for 25 years, Mrs. Gan is an authority in dealing with the daily operations of the company. Graduating with a Philosophy degree from the University of the Philippines, Mrs. Gan is responsible for the company’s operations in the administrative, human resources, welfare, recruitment, accounting, processing and legal departments.

MR. VICTORIO V. BORRA, Finance Head

Mr. Borra has been with the company for 16 years. He has improved the company’s accounting system, with his responsibility lying in the financial aspects necessary to support JS services.He organized the Human Resources Department and the Corp Welfare and Legal Department to giv the company, its client, its deployed workers, the welafe and legal services needed.He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in B.S. Statistics.

ENGR. RODOLFO C. REYES, Recruitment Consultant

Engr. Reyes has been with the company for 11 years. His experience working overseas has helped him in his responsibilities of sourcing, pooling, screening, testing, pre-qualifying, interviewing and short-listing applicants, to provide clients with the best candidates for the position they need. He is a double-degree holder, graduating with a degree in Maintenance Management from the University of the Philippines and Electrical Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines.

MRS. MA. LUISA F. VILLONES, Processing Head

Mrs. Villones is a graduate from Far Eastern University with a degree in Business Administration. She has worked with JS for 5 years, responsible for the accreditation of principals, documentation, processing and mobilization of approved workers.

ENGR. RONALD REMOLLANO, Recruitment Head

Mr. Remollano is a Computer Science graduate from Adamson University.Before he became Recruitment Head, he was responsible for the computerization and synchronization of the Local Area Network (LAN), Video Conferencing (ISDN) and Interactive Pre-departure Orientation Seminar. Also the Quality Management Representative for all ISO-related works, he ensures the proper implementation of quality systems and procedures. As Recruitment Head, he coordinates the recruitment operations of the company.

MR. BERNARD SHALIMAR MOLO , Head, IT Department

Mr. Molo has been with the company for 3 years. A graduate of Electronics and Communication Engineer in Adamson University. He is responsible in system development, Network Administration and configuration, he ensures the proper implementation of quality systems and procedures, maintaining the information security of OSI to protect the workstation from attackers and other threats, provide a system analysis in order to improve the company system to meet the high quality service and manage and serve as technical support of the JSCI IT helpdesk which is responsible for the PC (DESKTOP/ LAPTOP) hardware software problems, LaserJet printer problems, first level of network support, and first level of technical support.

MS. AISSA MARIE P. ARRIETA, Human Resources Head

Ms. Arrieta has been with the company for 6 years. With her exposure to the different departments of JS, she is most qualified to manage, train and develop the company’s human resources. She is responsible for introducing and familiarizing new employees to the culture of the company and ensures the well-being of the JS family. Ms. Arrieta is a graduate from De La Salle Unviersity with a degree in Math.

ATTY. NILO L. GEONZON, Legal & Welfare Head

Atty. Geonzon is a graduate of Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts (Political Science), Master of Arts (Industrial Relations) from the University of the Philippines (U.P).Being the Corporate Secretary of JS Contractor. He is responsible for all the legal functions of the company that includes control and supervision of the duties and function of all legal staff, such as monitoring status of cases, establishing and maintaining good relation with government agencies.
